Roy David has 45 years experience as a journalist and has written for most of Britain’s national newspapers. He has been a news reporter, crime reporter, sub-editor and a racing correspondent. On leaving school in Liverpool, he became a drummer in a Cavern-based blues band appearing with such as Stevie Wonder, Eric Clapton, Sonny Boy Williamson, Howlin’ Wolf and Memphis Slim
